I've had TFP3D for a week now and think it's a vast improvement over previous versions. I'm having a lot of trouble with worksheets however. With my first few drawings I was really impressed with the professional presentations I could make thanks to worksheet views - particularly with the archd title block. On my subsequent drawings however, when I open the view manager, there is no option to add a worksheet view. There are no sheets besides "standard" in the list, and the the only view available for adding is a model view. How did I manage to get the worksheet views before? Any help gratefully accepted.

Have you applied the patch that is available from the bottom of this forum? If you have it would explain why you cannot find the Worksheets any more - the patch removed them, in addition to fixing a few bugs. Why? Because they should not have been there in the first place. Unfortunately the first release of V14 was a supplied to IMSI Design with a default template that belonged to its parent program Envisioneer, which sells for 15-20 times the price! If it had been left there it probably would have had the potential undermine the parent product. An additional problem was that because it did not really belong there, it caused some problems on most PCs, resulting in frequent crashes and loss of data.
I know it is very dissappointing but all is not lost. Currently they are looking at ways to improve the printing capabilities of TFP. It really has been designed to enable people to model the appearance of buildings in 3D and print photorealistic images of how it would look. The plan itself is really only incidental to that process. However it is capable of a very detailed plan also and many naturally want to print it, so the programmers are looking at better ways to do that, without undermining the market for the parent program.
Having said that I have worked out a way that you can use TFP to make up virtual worksheets. It is not quite a simple as the 'Envisioneer' worksheets were, obviously, but gives very similar capabilities, works in a very similar way and allows you to add additional dimensions and text etc without having to resort to using other programs. Everything is managed within TFP and should be quite workable to produce detailed plans.
To make it easy for everyone to follow what to do, and reduce lots of followup questions, I am compiling a tutorial on how to do it, but have not quite got it finished yet. If you can wait a few more days I will try to finish it off and post it in the Tips and Tricks section.
