I just want to get this off my chest. What happen to IMSI, Cadcourse and TFP?? I have been using TFP for several years nonprofessionally. I didn't even know version 14 had come out or was being released until I read about it on this forum. I knew I would probably upgrade because I like the product so I did do anything with the trial version. I have installed trials before and ended up with issues with the real product. I waited patiently for an upgrade offer and never received anything. When I go out to IMSI and Cadcourse, I don't see any upgrade offer. As a long standing customer should I be going to these people and begging for a deal on their product? As much as I like TFP, I am not paying full price for the new version. I guess I will continue on with version 12 and maybe when version 15 comes out they will offer something. Sorry for the negative post on a great product but maybe someone from IMSI is reading this and will learn something about customer service.
Sorry for the frustration and letting us know. If you are on our mailing list you should have recieved an email or several regarding and upgrade pricing.
But you bring up a good point we should have some way to upgrade TFP the way we do for TurboCAD.

I agree. There should be an upgrade price for existing users. (I have been a user since way before TFP.) I just missed the deadline for the initial offer and the current offer, which is available to new and existing users, is not good enough.
