Is there TFP stainless steel kitchen sink unit element available somewhere?, single and/or double bowl with an adjacent drainer as part of the steel pressing? These sit in the (usually level with the cabinet top) work surface of kitchen cabinets.

No, they apparently dont use draining boards on sinks where the programmers /designers live! You can make something to look like one. In the image I have just added two peices of countertop with curved ends, set to very thin and positioned them alongside the sink. They do not have grooves in of course but may do for what you want. You could take a photo of a draining board and use that as the texture instead if the 'groovy' realism is very important.
Have included the BLD so you can see how it was done. In fact, if they are of any use for what, you want you can go to File/Cataloge/Save Element To Catalog and it will add them to your Cabinets group.
