I am new to this program, but really like it. (v14). I did what I thought was a GREAT job of creating my first floor plan, only to discover that I created my second floor first, but did it on the ground floor. Now I can't find a way to "move" it to the second floor, so I can put in dormers, etc. I tried to do something (can't remember the name) where I select the entire floor, then right click, and copy everything to a different level, but it doesn't give me that option - only the standard copy option. I'm lost! Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Les and welcome to TFP and the forum.
If you go to Settings/building Locations you can simply change the Floor Level to what you want.
With the selection on the Ground Floor first Add a new location for a replacement of your ground floor and give it a name - it will pick up the same settings. Make a note of the Floor Level setting for the existing Second Floor and enter the floor level setting into your original Ground Floor (where your plan is) and rename it to Second Floor. That will lift everything up to the second floor level and you have a new ground floor to replace the original.
While you are there you could add a third floor for your cupola. I thought I may as well answer the personal question you sent me here as it is essentially the same point and there may be others with a similar question in future. When you add the cupola location set the floor level to the height of the walls of the second floor plus the thickness of the cupola floor. In plan rendered view, select the floor, right click and select Cut Opening to make the hole in the middle for you circular stairs.
The fact that it is octagonal makes no difference. Just draw the octagonal walls, insert the windows and insert a roof.
You can move things to another level by right clicking and selecting Duplicate to Location.
You may have other questions about this when you start to do it but just ask.
