Hi Salim. Welcome to the Forum.
First you will notice that the forum has a section at the bottom headed Patches and Updates. In there you will find a link to a patch that will bring your version up to date from 637 to 662. This fixes a few little bugs and does make spome changes in the printing area but not anything that would affect your questions.
You said it will only print a scale of 1:50. Are the other scales not listed when you click the User Defined button? or did you mean that it does not make any difference what you choose, that it still only prints 1:50?
Normally TFP automatically prints in colour. As far as I know there is no way in the program to make it print in black only - that is normally controlled by the printer. Are you sure that colour is not turned off at the printer?

Now printing is working on an inkjet color printer perfectly. In color. :)
Laser (HP 1020 A4) continues to print only the scale of 1:50. Others choose the extent possible. But when you send to the printer, printing occurs. ???
And. The program does not display text in Russian. In the dialog box, it can be imposed. But in the window, it does not appear correctly.
What could be the reason?

I am glad to hear that the upgrade to 662 went OK and that the colour printing is now OK.
You should be able to Print to Scale - Do you get the list shown in the attached image? Can you give me a similar screen image of what settings you are using?
I don't think I can help with the language question. I have only ever seen TFP in English and have not see anywhere where it can be changed (unless it is during the installation in which case I just left it on English of course). In Settings / Programme Settings / Global Settings you can set it to other countries but that is only so that the sun is in the right position for where you live - it does not have any effect on language. If you can tell me where you changed the language I will try it out and see what happens.

I language interface in the program never changed. More screenshots can be seen. (Я язык ни в интерфейсе, ни(//) в программе нигде не менял. скриншоты дальше видно.)

You should be able to get it to print to scale if you change the scale setting in the View Manager (View menu). I have tested this out and it produces the correct scale exactly to what is set in Vew Manager.
Going by your images, I assume the language issue you have is that the text entry box has the Russian text correctly but it shows up wrong on the plan. Is that the issue? Not that I know the answer if it is but maybe someone else will. It certainly does not make sense to me, unless it has to do with the font set not being available to the plan view screen. Yours did better than mine - I copied some Russian (and other non english character languages), into the text box and all worked in the text box but on the plan it just showed all question marks (?????????????)! Not sure whether this is a TFP problem or a Windows/font problem.
Hopefully someone else can throw some light on this for us.

I tried on two systems: Windows XP SP2, Windows 7. Everywhere Russian displayed incorrectly.
