Shed roof with sloped ceiling

How do I accomplish this? I want to put a vaulted ceiling in the room.
I have tried the cathedral option but I don't think it was designed for this.
All you are seeing now is the underside of the roof sheathing.

I think you have to add the ceiling to the room (by perimeter worked for me for a tray ceiling)

But I have not added anything but a flat or tray ceiling so not sure if cathedral is a choice....but try adding a ceiling to the room. And avoid adding more than one by accident.

Yes, I did add a ceiling but it ended up a flat one. I tried to then make it a slope by using the cathedral option but that did not seem to work for me.
