   Is it  possible to add a 3rd floor to Turbo ?
   I was trying to use the attic space,    I managed to get a flight of stairs up to the attic (cutting the hole, etc...)
   Got the railing installed.
   Tried woriking  with  BUILDING LOCATIONS
