newer screen shot free progs

Having purchased a new laptop with Win7, my old screen shot program "screen print 32" does not work because its for only 32 bit OS.

So went on  a hunt and found two you might like....because they have new features....and are free

Win7 OS includes a simple screen capture "snip" program and it is useful.

But if you want to also markup the clip, these programs work well....and also may work for you on an older PC with Vista or XP.

Hi Doug,

Thanks for posting these. 

I had to get a new laptop recently, (old one was stollen from a computer repair shop!), and I had not got around to re-installing my 'paid for' screen capture program, but this one, Screenshot Captor, is much more functional and 'free'.
