Please add modified terrain slope tool

Making complex terrains is not easy having to consider the interactions between tools as they make terrain shapes.

In particular is the "full width" nature of the slope tool.

It would be most useful if we had an additional "slope" tool which operated more like the plateau tool....in that the effect of the "width" of a slope could be controlled....to make narrower slopes instead of always using "full width" all the time.
