TurboFLOORPLAN Architectural Training

I have just purched TurboFLOORPLAN 16 from Mindscape Australia, having used Floor plan 3d and the training DVD several years ago. I wished to purchase the TurboFLOORPLAN Architectural Training DVD, this is not available as a download, so I decided to buy the DVD and ended up at Digital River but their pricing was $49.00 plus $61.37 shipping!! I emailed IMSI complaining and was told to talk to Mindscape Australia, which I did, they are not interested in supplying the training DVD. Does anyone know another way to get the training DVD please.
