How can I create a wood siding in place of the stucco to match the attached file.
Also how do you create a covered aluminum patio. I've done this before but cant
quite remember. I've tried using the awning and changing the size but the sides
are too big. See attached.

Siding is one of the categories in the list of Materials, so you should be able to find one there that suits - there are dozens of them. If you cannot get one close enough then you can take your own photo and use that of course.

A patio roof is normally just a roof (by Picking Points), with three edges set to Gable and the remaining edge set to the slope you want. 1 degree is the minimum I think.  Just use Columns for the posts.  This post may help: http://forums.turbofloorplan.com/index.php/topic,1258.msg6145.html#msg6145.

If the patio is the one in your first image, then it appears to be a Bullnose front edge. If this is the case, select the three sides and change to Gable - then select the 4th edge and change the roof type to Bullnose.

Okay, for the siding I took a photo and that seemed to solve that problem. Didn't know I could do that. Thanks for the info. The patio/sunroom in
the front of the house is not the one I was referring to. I've attached a new photo. We're in the process of remolding this home and the front patio
will be demo'ed.

Next, notice the stucco on the front of the house. It's stucco on the lower 10" then the green siding and a different siding along the top (roof).
On the right side of the house it's stucco on the lower 10" and siding to the roof.
How can I get the two, possibly three surface's on one wall ?
I tried putting them on different "locations" (floors or layers) and the Trim / Custom / Wainscott methods but the walls extend through the top
of the roof/gable. What can I do to solve this problem.

Also how do you create this type of eve/soffit?
Wondering is there a column like this for the patio?

The stucco at the bottom appearsto be the edge of the foundation - is it?  If so, you could just use the floor for that - the edge of the floor can be set to a different texture to the rest of it as in the image. Delete the automatic floor (if you had that turned on) and insert a floor By Perimeter or by Room, You can then drag the edge of the floor so that it is just a fraction if from the siding on the wall, so the siding appears to overlap the 'stucco' botton (as in the image). Turn of OBJSNAP (or the floor will snap to the edges of the wall).

Using Crown moulding, Baseboard and Wainscott on the Exterior surface of the wall enables you to set 3 surfaces or even 4 if you use the Chair Rail also - they can all be set to any height and thickness and doors an windows will cut through them and still accept the Trim around them also. If you use multiple locations the doors and windows should still work but the Trim will only one on the lowest of the locations.

If the wall is going through the roof would indicate you have not got the walls set to Extend to Roof as they should terminate at the roof in that case. If you fix the wall height at Level then it will go through the roof unless you set them to the correct height. The wall height normally should be set to Extend to Roof and then the walls will follow the settings in Building Locations where all vertical measurements are set. Another possibilities is that you have the base point of the Wainscott or Crown set wrong to it is pushing this up through the roof.

To get the boards on the underside of the roof, set the Roof / Appearance / Underside to a Siding and use the texture Mapping control if necessary to rotate the texture 90 degrees.  You can do the same to get the edge of the patio roof to look similar by changing the roof Appearance / Facia to a suitable Siding or your own photo. The Scolloped edge of the pattio is a totally different, more complicated issue - if you want to go that far, then raise this as a separate topic.

how do you create this type of eve/soffit?
To get the rafters under the eaves to show, the simple way is to set the eaves (Overhang) to a very small setting (eg 1mm) and stretch the roof out by the amount of the eaves. Now you can make the Framing visible by going to the View Filter, untick the Lock Framing box, go to the Roof filter and turn on the Framing. Unfortunately this will cause the framing to be visible through the roof, so if you are creating images where you can see the top of the roof, then you need to make the framing invisible again.  There are more complex but better ways to handle this but it depends how much time you want to spend on it to get it exactly right. The above is a simple quick way to do it, but not perfect for all situations.

You certainly will not find a column like the one in your photo within the program but it can be made up with two columns (or 'boxes') and a scroll shape, that you can create in the program, although a little complex.  Read the PDF in this post to see how to make odd shapes: http://forums.turbofloorplan.com/index.php/topic,1130.0.html. Easiest would probably be to use a piece of the floor. Once you have made the scroll, exported and imported it again you can rotate it to vertical, set the size and position it between two columns of the right size and then export and import them again so they become part of your Catalogue and you can then insert these posts any time.  Make sure to create the scrolls in a new blank project and turn off the Terrain (or it will be exported also!!)

The stucco at the bottom is the wall. The house is on a slab foundation.
The wall still extends through the roof. The wall height is set to extend to roof. I noticed when initially creating the house, the wall at time would not extend to the roof and I would click the settings to level with roof then exit to drawing then go back and change the setting to extend to roof and exit to the drawing and it would be extended to the roof. Sort of strange. Not sure what's going on with that.

I had forgot to mention that the roof was converted to a surface, could that cause the wall to extend through it?

Another way to "apply" multiple textures on a wall...only limited by your determination and skills with manipulating photo images....apply a .jpg or .bmp (especially if you need transparency) image as wall material....where the photo image is created just like you want it.

For example combine several photo images...lowest/bottom 1' of image is stone, next horizontal band is stucco, next band is a wood trim piece, and upper part of image is vertical wood grain beaded plywood.....or what ever.  You'll need photoshop or paint or any simple bitmap program to combine images and save for import into TFP like any other texture...and apply to the wall...no need to worry about doors/windows etc.

The only "trick" is the size and shape of the imported image so it applys correctly to your wall...not stretched or tiled or it will look wrong. And you may need different size images for walls that are a lot different in size.  Will take trial and error but it works and you are unlimited in design.

Yes - once a roof is converted to Surfaces it is no longer a roof - you would have to set the wall to level and the height accordingly. That said however the wall should stop at the height set in Building Locations and the roof would sit at the same height anyway so it should not be a problem (unless you have lower edthe roof).

What is going through the roof is the Crown molding. Are you using this to get the texture in the Gable?  If so the proper way to do that is to turn the Gable on in the Roof settings - this way you can set the gable to a different texture to the wall.  The Wall is extending in your model but the wall texture is going to the roof. Unfortunately because the roof has been converted to Surfaces you not longer have a Gable setting.  My inclination would be to redo the roof as a roof and turn the Display Gable on - set the wall to Level and use the Baseboard to make your bottom texture (adjust one of the existing baseboards to 10" high and very thin).
