Moving the drawing on the terrain

Is there a a way to move the entire drawing to situate it on the terrain where you would like it?  It seems that not all the elements want to move accordingly.

This has been covered a few times recently - this one is probably the most concise: http://forums.turbofloorplan.com/index.php/topic,2215.msg9933.html#msg9933. If that is not enough do a Search with the words Move and Terrain will probably find what you want.
