3D Render real view

I have attached the floor plan file completed rendering and copy of settings used
I have tried changing settings even trying other plans rendering comes out dark like the attached
sample every time  please help

If you are rendering inside with lighting you must turn Enable Daylight off, interior lights will then work.
Give thst a go first.

Or is Global set to 'use current time' and you are rendering in the evening?
