How do I create walls with different starting and ending heights? See the attachment.

If you go to the wall properties you will find sloping or stepped top or bottom of the wall on the Top abd Bottom tab.

Okay that's understood. I added the sloping walls to the second floor and inserted a flat roof at that point. The wall and the clay
roof section at the front porch, has a small gap where the porch wall meets the house wall. I'm not really sure what's happening
there. Also on the right hand side of the building, at the opening for the door,  I can't seem to make it higher as to meet the
height of the windows on that side and add steps under the door.

I suspect both of your probales are related to some extent.

Simply put, you have the walls set with a Drop Face of 1'. What this does is drop the stucco surface down over edge of a 1' thick floor but you do not have a floor or room for it in the Location settings.  Set the drop face to zero and the wall over that door will be OK. This is also affecting the Porch connection to the building. However there appear to be some more fundimental problems with the location settings that are causing problems or will do later.

First of all, is that section one or two storeys - in other words should there be a floor inbetween?

Your Location settings do not allow for any floors at all.  The Ground Floor floor level is set at zero (hard onto the terrain) but the doors are 2' above the floor when you look inside. Should the Ground Floor, 'floor level' actually be 2' above the Terrain, with steps up to it and vents around the bottom (underfloor) area? - That is what it appears to be.  If this is the case the Ground Floor 'floor level' (top surface of the floor) setting should be 2'.

You then have the ground floor walls as 8' and a second floor also with 8' walls - but there is no floor inbetween the top of the Ground Floor Walls and the bottom of the Second floor walls - hence the question is it actually two story or just single with high walls? (although there is a ceiling on the Ground Floor). This is also why you are having the issue with the 'Drop Face' - it is supposed to just cover the edge ofthe floor but the Location Settings do not allow for it so it is dropping over the top of the Ground Floor walls and reducing the door height in the process. There does not appear to be any windows in the upper section so I am wondering if it is only one level. If it is one level then the Location properties should be set to 16' ft or whatever they should be above the surface of the floor.  If it is two  storeys then there needs to be room for the floor in between.  So... if the surface of the Ground Floor floor is 2' above the Terrain and the walls are 8' and there is a 1' thick floor (if it is two storey) the the Second Floor 'floor level' would be 2'+8'+1' or 11' (not 8').

The Porch walls are drawn on the second floor, again with a Drop Face extending down 1' to cover the upper floor.  Because ofthe Location settings, hese walls are intruding into the ground floor walls, causing the gaps you can see.

As to how to fix it really depends on whether this is actually two storey or not, hence the question.

Probably best to answer that question before we go any further. Let us know that first and, after considering the points about floors etc above, work out what the vertical levels should be in the Location settings and we can take it from there.
