Site Boundaries

I am trying to create an allotment using the attached measurements and bearings. Easy to do in TC but finding it a little difficult and confusing using site boundaries in TFP. Any help would be appreciated.

I hope you can follow the attachments. The site boundary tab is located under the main terrain tab.
