Vista permissions issue and "TurboFloorPlan Home and Landscape Pro"

I realize that this question may be more of a Vista permissions issue, but I would appreciate any help that you might provide.

When I try to save a project, I receive the following message" Unable to access the requested document. The file may be in use or you may not have sufficient access rights."

If I am on the computer as an administrator, this problem doesn't occur. But it appears if I am on the computer as a standard user.

I have tried to provide the access rights to the standard user, but I have been totally unsuccessful. If you have the answer to this problem, please feel free to assume that I know next to nothing and walk me through the process.

Can't solve your problem but I have 2 user accounts on one PC and both have full administrator rights and TFP (unlike any other program installed....and I have many many programs) does not allow easy use of files across "users" and thinks some files or folders are protected and unavailable.

I've had to just work around it and jump between user location file paths.  On my laptop with one user account....no similar issues. 

But its a TFP issue as other programs are very multiple user friendly.  I think TFP has not followed Microsoft programming "rules" fully properly.  But is an annoyance rather than a dead stop problem....for me.
