hello, I can not operate on the rotation axis X Y Z optimally but only 1 11 111 ... or 59 319 ... Both imported objects with objects that TFP.
what's the problem?

You cannot type in the degree of rotation - it can only be done by repeated clicking of the up or down arrows for each axis.

If this does not solve your problem can you please provide an image so we can see where you are having a problem.
