Restore Master Catalog

I had a previous version of TFP (14 I think) in which I deleted quite a few of the standard elements and added several from SketchUp.
I recently installed v16 and it seems to keep loading the old master catalog with the deleted elements still deleted.
One of the reasons I bought v16 was to get a new master catalog.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium on laptop computer.

I have also had problems importing SketchUp 8 models.  If I save it as an earlier version, I have to go back the SketchUp 5 to get anything.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and tried changing the location of the catalog but nothing seems to help.

Hi and welcome to the forum,

What do you see as available if you go to File / Catalogue / Open?

There should be at least a metric and imperial version in the Catalogues folder. Note the name of which ever one you use and try a search on your computer to see if there are any others on your computer elsewhere. If there are, rename them (so you know which is which easily) and then open each one separately until you find one you are looking for.
