How do I set the lights to have a good night rendering?

I presume you are talking about inside views or outside looking in. You do not say what the actual problem is but the key factor usualy missed is to make sure you turn the sun off. In Settings / Program Setting / Rendering make sure Daylight is NOT enabled. If Daylight is enabled it has the effect of turning interior lights off.

If that is not the problem then you may have to supply more details or an image.
