Hi anyone and everyone! I downloaded & installed TurboFloorPlan INstant ARchitect on the weekend. It will not open up however. It says I am missing a file: MSVCR100.dll. So.. I looked that up, go it installed on my computer and it still saying its not there! :-( So frustrated!!! I installed and reinstalled the program 3 times and restarted the PC too. I guess I have to wait to call during their hours, still almost 2 hrs away. .. unless someone happens to read this sooner and reply... here's hoping! It's been a somewhat wasted weekend when I wanted to do my project on Saturday!
oh wait, I SEE hubby's work last night on that 3 install has fixed it a bit - now the message doesn't mention the MSVCR100 it just says it can't open. :-/ Boooo that doesn't help much!

Hi there,

I am assuming that you mean IA V2015?

For installation issues is always better to contact technical assistance.
Regarding the file=> According with the manufacturer, the file can be downloaded here

What hides behind this name is the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable which can easily be downloaded on the Microsoft website as x86 or x64 edition:

Installed Instant Architect 2015 via Amazon.  Running WinXP Pro.  When I tried to
launch the program, I kept getting a window saying "Application error. The
application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on OK to terminate the
program."

I tried installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) as
suggested by Patricia G. and thebrian, but got a message that the installation
couldn't be completed because there was already a newer version installed on my
computer (which I'm not sure is true).  Went googling and found lots of people
getting the same error code for a wide variety of programs and games, with many
reporting that installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86)
fixed the problem.  So I installed that, but it didn't fix the problem.

What finally worked was installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable
Package (x86)   http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=5582
After installing this, when I clicked to launch Instant Architect 2015, I finally
got the opportunity to enter the Activation Key, and it's up and running now.

And no, it doesn't make any sense that Microsoft wouldn't let me install the 2010
package "because I already have a newer version installed", but had no objection to
letting me install the 2008 package (and the 2005 package before that).

Hi there,

Probably, the OS is the reason
