TFP 2016 property line tool will not activate interface with bearing tool in it

I have just downloaded floorplan 2016 I have used this program on and off for 7 years now.

I want to draw a property line using bearings. The instructions seem very simple saying double click on the property line tool and an interface will appear showing bearings option.

I have done this 20 times and not interface appears. This is a brand new purchase which I downloaded online.

I ran the repair program from the disc and it did not work.

I deleted the program using the disc menu and then reloaded from the disc and no change.

I have used the user guide and training program with no success either.
Can anyone please help

Sorry, there is an error is in the description (tool tip). The program does not include the Property Line double click feature.

note that, although the program doesn't include the Property Line by coordinates feature, you can reproduce the lines using the elements in the Detail tab => select the line => set the desired length => Edit => Rotate => set the angle as per the coordinates.

I forgot to mention another suggestion: if you have the Property line or the coordinates in a graphic format, you can import them to the program.

Thanks but unfortunately no the plan I was given was hand drawn not to scale and just had the bearings hand drawn on it. I have done it one boundary at a time as suggested and its all good now.
Did you see my last post how can I change text colours please I would think it would be simple but apparently not for me
