How to erase objects

How do you erase objects in this program? Most of the time I need to erase an extra door, fixture, cabinet base, .... the clear function is greyed out and does not work. I have never seen a cad program without an erase (or similar) function. What am I missing?

Hi there,

TFP is not a CAD program => it is a 3D Home Design program, therefore, they work differently.

Anyway, in order to delete a component, just select it and use the Delete key in your keyboard.
