When I purchased and downloaded the software for my Mac, I'm getting a "disc image not identified" message... any ideas?

As you probably know, this Forum is user to user, so we can't evaluate the computer issue, hardware, etc.
I think that you have an installation problem, that only the IMSI / TFP technical assistance can solve. It is free for this type of issue.
