2D window is only white screen

When I open my previously saved drawing, the 3D window works just fine. Except for the 2D. It wouldn't show my drawing, and I cannot draw anything new.

Please help!

Thank you so much for responding. I am using a trial version of TFP Home & Landscape PRO 2019 version 20.0.0.1016.

Hi there,

I received and checked your file.
Open your file => Go to 2D => Set Zoom => 30% => you will find the house at the bottom of the workspace.
TFP opens the files in the center of the workspace => this is the reason why you see a "white screen" (because the house is at the bottom)

Some notes for a better understanding of the issues and a suggestion:
- The setting => Design => Lot properties define the general workspace.
- I noticed that you set the Lot properties value = 75'x 180' => I am assuming that these are the dimensions of your property. If so, a suggestion: you can set a bigger workspace and define your property using the Property Lines (Landscape tab) .
