Missing tools in "Launch power tool"

Hi,
I have purchased the Turbocad FloorPlan 3D PRO version.
However, when I started using it appears to be missing the following tools from the 'Launch power tool' menu, as per the information in the User's guide.
- Door Designer
- Window Designer
- Ceiling Designer
- Fireplace Wizard
- Mantel Designer
- Pool Designer
- Trim Designer
- Section Detailer
- Symbol Editor

How do I get those tools active. (In particular I need the ceiling designer tool for inputting my current house design).

All the features and Power Tools included with Turbocad FloorPlan 3D PRO are described in the program's page (https://www.turbocad.com/turbofloorplan/turbofloorplan-home-and-landscape-pro-2019.html ) and compared in the TurboFloorPlan 2019 Windows Comparison Charts (https://www.turbocad.com/content/turbofloorplan-2019-windows-comparison-charts).
As you can see, the Power Tools that you mentioned are not included in your program.

The software manufacturer distributes the program with different names and features, however, the different titles include just one User's Guide covering all the programs / features / Power Tools.

I have downloaded the TurboFLOORPLAN Pro and I also don't see any of these features. Are they available and if so, where? I'm surprised the Pro edition doesn't include them since it is the highest available. I'm hoping you're not going to say each one is a different module and will need to be purchased separately, that would be a bait and switch in my book and completely unacceptable.

In other words, the TFP programs include just the PT and features described in the programs pages. The User's Guide is generic for many products. The PT that are included in the manual but are not listed or described in the TFP purchases' pages' are part of other programs not related with TFP.

Yes, I did read your answer and you still haven't answered mine. The question is... How do you obtain them? What program or modules are needed?
