Custom Workshop Pro ERRORS

Using the latest build.
I don't quite understand what is going on here.
If I import a Sketchup file in CWPro then add the object to the current TFP design the Sketchup materials are missing, and I can't open and edit the object back into CWPro.
If I import the same Sketchup file in TFP the Sketchup materials are visible and I can choose to open the object in CWPro BUT there's NO object in CWPro.
