Hello,
I own TFP pro v16, I made floor plans for a two car garage 24x24 with loft. I added a wall to separate the garage, but I wanted the loft one big room. How can I make the ground floor center garage wall a load bearing wall so the floor joist  are just over 12' and not run solid the whole span as they do now.
thanks Bill

Hi Bill,

If you just delete  the existing floor and insert a new floor in each side of the garage, it should do what you want. When you select the floor to insert it, right click and select By Room. I am assuming the centre wall does in fact intersect the end walls making two rooms. If not then choose By Picking Points.
