Tutor

Hi,

I am trying to design an octagonal floorplan and cannot get the walls angled correctly as they appear to only move/rotate by 90 deg. Probably some program setting that I need to alter somewhere but I can't seem to find it.
Anyway, I thought I'd try the Tutor as the ordinary Help didn't seem to have what I wanted but clicking on both the mortarboard icon and Tutor under Help produced the same result, nothing.
Being fairly new to the program I'm probably missing something very basic so any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ken,

You will probably find that ORTHO is turned on - you can toggle it off and on from the Status Bar (bottom right). In Settings / Program Settings / Drawing Aids you can also set the ANGLE SNAP (usually 15 degrees). It can also be toggled on the Status Bar.
