activation code

Hi

I hope someone can help.  I have just bought Turbofloorplan but I am having problems getting the activation code.  When I try to get the "online activation request form" I get the msg stating " the selected file is not a valid microsoft office document imaging file."  I dont know how to get this form to get my avtivation code.

Can anyone help.

Hi, Welcome to the forum.

Normally, as far as I remember, the activation code is emailed to you when you make the purchase, assuming you purchased and downloaded it from IMSI Design. Have you checked your email since the purchase?

There is also a US support phone number on the website also that should be able to help with this (1-800-833-8082).

I did not buy it online.  I bought it in a shop.  Phoning is not an option as I am on the otherside of the world.

I am on the other side of the world too (Australia).   I have always used the download so I am not familiar with the process when done from a CD installation, but the message does not sound as though it even relates to the Activation process at all. I assume you have tried it a few times?

I have contacted the support people on your behalf but I suspect they will not get the message until Monday.  They may contact you directly or respond here, so keep checking.
