Hi there

I have TurboFloorPlan V15, which I downloaded and installed.

The problem that I have is 'Selecting Elements'.

The instructions say, that to select an element  - 'Click on the element'.

Well I cannot get that to work.

Am I doing something wrong - it just will NOT work .....................

Hi Andy - welcome to the forum.

In plan view you can only select elements that are on the location you have selected in the dropdown box (eg Ground Floor). You would not be able to select anything on the Ground floor if you are on the second floor or basement for example.  Can you select anything in 3D view?  You should be able to select everything.

If you can't, as a test, try turning off Hardware Acceleration. (Settings / Programme Settings / Graphics). If you can then select things, it indicates, possibly, that you need to update the PC video drivers. You may find this post is relevent, especially if your video card is ATI: http://forums.turbofloorplan.com/index.php/topic,822.0.html.

Thanks Alan

Once I had found the place to turn of the 'Acceleration' - I was able to select things.

My on board graphics is ATI, will try updating drivers.

At least it now I can get TurboFloorPlan to work.

Thanks Again............
