problems with V16 ..

is anyone else having problems moving various elements .. at times there is no issue ..and other times you can highlight and move elements all over ..

I see v16 .. very unstable and flakey

Hi Hickson,

V16 has been extremely stable, so I am wondering if you have updated you computer's video card driver recently. It is generally wise to do this at least with each new verson and this often solves display and movement issues.

As a quick test, try turning off Hardware Acceleration in Settings / Program Settings / Graphics. If that seems to resolve things then you may need to update the video driver and then you can turn Hardware Acceleration back on again.

Movement of objects is also affected by Collision an the Status Bar, (lower Right) and you can only move objects on the selected Location (Layer).

I agree with Allan Re: V16, it is very stable. Now if you experience problems with V16, probably is a setting in your computer.
Is your problem just in 2D or in 2D and 3D?
If you can describe the specifics, I will do my best to help
