Elongated Hexagon shape

Is it possible to create a drawing of a house shaped like an Elongated Hexagon shape.

Should not be any problem at all. You may need to set the AngleSnap settings in Settings/Program Settings/Drawing Aids. Usually it is set to 15 degrees.  The status bar has an AngleSnap to turn it on an off.

I did get walls on an angle but there is no roof. I also want to have a roof on one end to come down to a much lower height sort of like a lean-to. Is there a place I can get more full instruction?

You will find full instructions, indexed, under the Help menu. On the first page of the help (right side panel) you will also see a link to the User Guide.  This will give you step by step instructions. It is quite comprehensive at over 300 pages.

I take it from your other post that you have found how to add the roof.  The floor is automatic by default but the ceiling and roof have to be added (by the toolbar buttons or Insert Menu.  Probably the easiest way to get the lean-to slope you want is to extend the 'overhang' to the length you want. 

Since I gather you are new to this type of software, probably the first thing to get used to is the right click Properties. This allows you to change things to exactly what you want. For the roof for example, on Properties/Basic tab you will find all the dimensions for the section of roof you have selected.   One of these properites is the overhang.  Just change the figure and your overhang will change accordingly. Note that the selected section of the roof is the one with the green arrow. If you need to change several sections at once then click each arrow so it is green. Only the green sections will change. This gives you total control over the roof.

You have asked some other roof questions on the tread about sloping ceiling so I will answer those there.
