Hi everyone,

This morning when I tried to use the Design Wizard to build a kitchen I got the following error.  I normally don't have any problem dropping a kitchen into my designs, does anyone know what has happened?

...I've also noticed that this error message has also started popping up and I'm guessing they're related...possibly the program is looking for a folder that's in the wrong place?  Any ideas?

Hi Gaz,

Go to Settings > Program Settings > General.  Is there a Projects Directory listed?
This is created by default but you can also set it yourself. If you set it yourself, could you possibly have changed the names of directories on your computer or moved something, so that it is not now finding it?

Hi Allan,

As you can see from the screenshot below, I believe the program is pointing into the correct folder.

Hi Gaz,

I assume you have looked and the folder does actually exist?

OR

Are you using your own modified catalogue? If so, connect any standard catalogue and run the wizard. Now you should be able to go back to your own catalogue and it should work. There must also be some elements in the Kitchen Wizard Library. (Catalogue Manager - Libraries - Kitchen Configuration)

Hi Allan,

When I followed the path you suggested; Catalogue - Library Manager - Kitchen Configuration, I found that nothing was selected in the configuration window...well done...can you show me a screenshot of what elements I should select for each catagory for it to work correctly?

Allan,

I chose the DC option which selected a range of elements for each catagory (see below) and I checked each link, but when I clicked on 'Kitchen wizard' I got the same error message as before.  Strange.

GOT IT WORKING!

I went back in and individually selected elements for each catagory in the default settings and it worked!
Thanks Allan.
