calculating sq footage

Trying to calculate sq footage of a room.  Help says "If you want to calculate the space in a room, select Tools > Analyze > Schedules > Room Region by Room"  but I don't see "schedules" as an option.

Should be there - at the bottom (something like the image below)

If yours is not the same, can you post a screen view of what you have.
