Grass showing on floor cutout for stairwell

Hello,

I have FPH&L 21 for Mac, I have a stairwell that twists back on itself, and I have used the floor cutout tool for the opening, but when I look at this in 3D view, I see grass instead on an opening. It's strange because I checked cutout depth and elevation against another plan where I can see from one floor to another via the stairs, and all the figures seem to match.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi there,

You must check the topography and cutout settings including their elevations. In addition, verify the rendering settings, position, elevation. Also, check if this happens in a motion rendering.
