Upgrade Path from Instat Arch to TFP Pro

I just bought the Instant Architect and after working with it for a while, it seems that I really need the features of TFP Home & Landscape Pro.

Is there a way to Upgrade or is the cost for Instant Architecture a loss.  If so can anyone recommend a comparable product?
