I am new to TurboFLOORPLAN and Landscape Pro.  I have tried rendering and doing radiosity but parts of the picture always end up black.  Can someone tell me how to post my picture on here so that I can get someone to re-do the rendering for me and see what I am doing wrong please?

There are a lot of rendering issues and an patch/update is expected soon to address these but in the meantime read the first thread in the General Discussion section called:  "Can we have, please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" . Unfortunately the subject line is not very descriptive but it covers a lot of the findings on rendering issues.  Also a Search on Rendering and Lighting will probably find many others.

If in Radiosity you are getting black areas, then you may not have the Quality set high enough. It may only be rendering the first few lights. You will need at least Quality 3 to get all lights. It does not improve much over 3 so the extra time for rendering may not be worth it. Also make sure the lights in the black areas are actually turned on (they can be set to off) or that the wattage of the bulb is high enough.

To post a picture just click the Additional Options button under the text box. The rendered images are BMP file so they are big (JPG does not work).  For test renders I use 640x480 and these are ideal for posting because of the size but it is better if you can convert them to JPG before posting as the file memory size is obviously much less.
