Fence along 27 degree PL

Can anyone tell me if I'm missing something. I'm trying to Layout my fence along a 27 degree property line and this doesn't appear to be possible. any known work around?

perhaps you have either or both 'snap' and 'ortho' "on"....

look at bottom right corner of the main window, click to toggle on/off

When "on" they force objects to align to angles like 90 and 45 degrees and NOT smaller angles....when "off" all small angles are possible.

Also maybe "collision" is "on" and you are bumping into something?

If these do not fix the problem, maybe posting the .bld file here may help resolve the problem by others looking at it too.
