Re-installing TFP will I lose materials I created?

Okay it's fixed! Here's what happened. 1st I had attempted a virus scan with Kaspersky virus scanner. For some reason this program asked me to update. Bad move here. I usually run
different virus scans once a month with various programs. (Kaspersky, ESET, Mcafee and others) For some reason each program reports different findings. Okay now on to what happened.
I clicked update Kaspersky but this time it began to auto install on my pc. I clicked ok and it automatically remove my McAfee Security Suite. Okay I was fine with that and decided to go
with the 30 day trail that Kaspersky offered.
After the Kaspersky installation is when TFP's Help menu stopped working. I search through Kaspersky and checked to trust all envisioneer, TFP
stuff. Still the Help menu would not work. Last night I uninstalled Kaspersky, which took some time, then re-installed McAfee Security Suite. I had to run the uninstall program for Kaspersky, and
another program to remove all remnants of Kaspersky to remove it. McAfee Security Suite would not install initially. I had to run another program to remove all remnants of McAfee Security Suite.
Then reinstalled McAfee Security Suite. Success! At this point I ran TFP and opened the Help menu and all is back to normal. I hope it stays this way.

All of this hours. That will never happen again, I'll be sure to be more careful. Anyone else having any problems with Kaspersky Security 2012 with TurboFloorPlan? Thank you all for your help.

Glad to hear you got it sorted out  :)

I know there was a problem with the help on the initial release of V14 but it was fixed before your version, so TFP itself should not have been the problem.

Thanks for letting us know the cause / solution.
