I dont know why it is, but the shower that Allen build, the bld file, it loads and moving around in it in 3d is really really fluid. I walk through it with such control and ease.

BUT my current drawing I am working on, it jerks abit when I slide side to  side or use the feet to walk through.

What do I need to check to make sure mine is as smooth as Allens shower.bld?

I think jerky motion (assuming h/w acceleration setting is same for each .bld file comparison) is usually caused by heavy computations such as a file that is large or has an inserted .3ds object or has a complex or large texture map .jpg file and the computer just can't quite calculate and display as fast as the user is changing the view

so I'd suggest you compare the 2 .bld files for size and materials complexity and be sure the "test" conditions are the same....like maybe your PC was doing something else too when the jerky motion was detected.  Do a ctrl+alt+del and watch CPU usage performance for each test case.

Hating to be such a needy pest, but that fixture does not appear in the ceiling lights list (Interiors/Interior_Lights/Ceiling_Lights) in my catalog.  I have 9 hanging ceiling light fixtures and one recessed lighting fixture - see attached pic - among the various other fan/light combinations.

Apparently I did not reply to your query about the Recessed light.    The blue bulb that you have as the Recessed light is because you have apparently clicked the Bulb option on the Lights Basic tab and then closed it. I have previously found if you do that it stays that way and the fitting is lost. I lost my original recessed light the same way although I had previously created another so I still had the copy.   I can't remember now if I reported that as a bug - might have to do so again just in case. If you open my BLD file of the shower you should be able to restore it to your catalog from there.

On the other point, as Doug said, it would undoubtedly be file size, as the bathroom is only small.  If you have Hardware Acceleration off because of other issues, you may be able to have it on for moving around. I only find it is a problem when rendering. It seems everyone's PC reacts differently with HA!
