When I view the elevations there are red, a lot of blue and some yellow colors.  This really looks poor - crappy actually.

Is there a way to change these colors?

Hi Rex.

Normally, if you are printing, you obviously would not want these colours so just tick the box that says 'print all in black'. If you are concerned about the screen view, then the only way is to select the object and change the 2D colour setting on the Appearance tab. Select one, right click and choose Select All Similar, then change the 2D colour. If you have modified an individual item then it will have to be changed separately.

The screen view is what I was after -- thanks.

That does not seem to work for me and I don't have a field for 2D color setting.  I have 2D exterior, but that is not what I am seeing.

Attached is the current file.  Look at the elevations and you will see yellow, red, blue and orange ??
