I can't seem to find the Pool Designer in FloorPlan Pro ???

The FP titles don't include the Pool Designer Power Tool

There should also be a window and door power tool, which I don't have.
Can you please contact them because i think there are some mix ups with these builds.
If it was supposed to be included in the product you bough, I'd suggest that you check with the the sales department.

It's a shame I didn't catch these errors, broken 3D workshop, broken 3D Workshop pro with missing materials.in the trial version before my purchase, how was I to know :) and now this.
Now, I have to spend time and track them down and discuss this with them ::) I don't hear inspiring stories about support :)

This is why my suggestion was and is to contact IMSI directly.
Some of the issues you reported are related to your system and I was told that tech support will provide a solution => they were waiting for your contact, however, you stated that you didn't have time.
