Terrain problem with slope of 90

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Try setting the Terrain to automatically cut around the Foundation not the Ground Floor (Setting / Programme Settings / Terrain - see image). This may solve the problem instantly. If not ask again, as there is a way to cut a hole in the Terrrain any shape you want.

There are a few ways to do the hedge. The example in this post http://forums.turbofloorplan.com/index.php/topic,1416.0.html just uses walls with a leaf texture applied to all surfaces. It is easy to do and easy to make curves if desired but the edges are rather sharp! (Second image) 

Another alternative is to use photoboards as in the third image - they look more realistic. The photoboards used have been overlapped to get a flat top and even sides.  See some other examples in this post http://forums.turbofloorplan.com/index.php/topic,771.0.html and a zip file of the photos of these plants is also attached to the bottom of the following post, if you would like to use them: http://forums.turbofloorplan.com/index.php/topic,918.msg4397.html#msg4397.  If they are not close enough to the English Box then you could make your own from a photo of the hedge itself.

There is any way to see the plateaus in the radiosity?

Radiosity is really for interior rendering as it involves light bounced off other surfaces (walls, ceilling floor etc). That does not really happen outside so the Basic render, very often does a better job and much quicker. If the sun is at the correct angle, you should still see the slopes using Basic render - as you can see in the left foreground of the image below.

For more critical render quality, radiosity can work outside for more diffuse shade (not as sharp/crisp edged shadows from any source such as trees and buildings), exterior walls in shady areas, and under eaves, or shade under extended overhangs or porches.

An alternative is to use cloudy or partly cloudy rather than full bright sun.

Another alternative is to take a rendered image to Photoshop (or similar) and adjust mid-tones or dark areas to lighten them up or to reduce contrast...but not too much.  Also may be good to "sharpen"; especially for printed images.
