In 3d renedering, top of wall cabinets appear higher on the wall then top of uilitiy cabinet?

How do you get a countertop to go over a dishwasher? If dishwawsher is at end of the run, how do insert an end panel? Is there such a thing as a dishwasher cabinet?

Is there a referigerator cabinet?
