Roofs protruding into rooms

I have roofs on different locations to avoid conflict with each other.  However, I have noticed in 3D that there are some roofs protruding into the ceilings of rooms.  Is this an elevation setting issue?

Hi Mark,

On the Roof Properties dialog box, at the bottom, there is a Solutions Type  button. You could try these options and may find one that will 'cut off' the protruding bits of roof, depending on which roof you choose.  It cuts one roof along the edge of the other.

If that does not fix it you will probably find that just turning off the 'overhang' on the side of the roof that intrudes into the other room is all you need to do.

If those don't work, another option is to cut the bits off yourself by right clicking the roof you need to cut, and select 'Cut Opening'. Start the 'Opening' well outside the roof area, cut into the roof (roughly along the edge of the other one) and finish the 'Opening' outside the roof again. You may need to set these edges to be Gables so it doesn't create extra valleys in the roof.
