Hi,
Only in one particular room the program hangs whenever I try to add a floor or ceiling to this room, any ideas?
Thx

This sound suspiciously like a a corrupt wall or multiple floors or ceilings, especially if you are inserting "By Room".

First try the File / Repair Project. This will sometimes find the corruption and delete it.

If that does not help, switch to Plan Rendered view, turn the roof off so you can see the ceilings etc and then select and delete all the Ceilings and Floors in that room - you may have accidentally inserted several. Now try to add a floor and ceiling 'by room', making sure you only click once.

If that does not work you will have to zoom in close on all the walls, especially in the corners, select them all and look for odd addition triangular segments (normally there is just one triangle in the wall intersection). If you see multiple triangles (caused sometimes if you play with the interecting walls too much), redo that intersection by deleting the walls involved and remake the join by draging the ends of other attached walls if possible. You may lose Ceilings and Floors in the affected room when you delete the walls, if they were inserted "By Room".

Hopefully some of that will help.
