Updating v15 deluxe

When trying to install the update I get the error message 1642.  It states the program is either not found or wrong version.  I've verified the version and tried running as administrator and still get the error.   Any suggestions?  Thanks

Hi Sprigmore and wlecome to the forum! 

This error mesage number 1642, is saying that you are using the wrong update for the version you have.

What is the FULL version number of the program you have installed? (see Help / About)

There is only one update for V15 Deluxe - to update it from V15 to V15.1.  Are you sure you do not already have V15.1?
