Two different wall cladding on the same wall

I am trying to add two types of cladding to a single external wall. The wall is 2.4 m high and the bottom (1.2m) half is weatherboards and the top half (1.2m) is stucco. I guess there is a simple way to do this, can someone help.

Hi Bob,

You need to go to Wall Properties, Trim tab, choose Custom and use a Wainscot. use the Search for Wainscot as it has been dealt with, with diagrams, several times recently.
