Im using Turbo floor plan pro 16   need to know how to make brick show around the exterior walls in floor plan view
I use exterior brick 4 but it looks the same in floor plan view as a siding wall

Do you mean you want to see the bricks on the Plan view?  On Plans, walls are only shown as two lines regardless of what their method of construction. To see the wall texture used in a plan, you could swich to 2D Designers View (next icon to the right) and, if you turn the roof off in the View Filter, you will get a coloured image  showing whatever texture you have chosen for the exterior wall surface. Note that the exterior texture will only show if the walls join properly to make an enclosed room or rooms.

The normal Plan view is a vector drawing, as used for producing printed plans, not an image, so it will not normally display the texture you have on the walls or any other texture. You could use a brick Pattern to Fill the gap between the walls two lines. If that is what you mean then look in the User Guide or Help index for wall Fill or ask again if necessary.

To get the effect you want you need to use a "Veneer" wall. In the example below you can see the Exterior brick has the diagonal hatch pattern you want and shows the Air Space (Cavity) and interior lining (Plasterboard/Gyprock etc). Your example shows another narrow space inside the wall - I don't know what that is supposed to represent.

The standard V16 catalogue may or may not have a veneer wall but even if it does, you will not be able to control most of the settings you see in my image, but I can provide a wall for you that is preset to show these and should appear on your plan as in my image. The only measurement you would be able control is the Core or interior part of the wall (and the type of framing material used). The Air Space, Exterior brick and interior lining will all be fixed, so I need to know to what dimensions you want me to set these.

My example image uses Metric dimensions but if you are working in Imperial they will automatically convert. The diagonal patter will only show when you use Patterned View (View / Display Mode / Patterned)

I have attached a BIM file that includes this wall and a few others for you to play with. If one is suitable then that is fine but if you want any different settings, just let me know what you want in each of the settings shown in the image: Core (Interior frame width), Exterior Brick, Air Space (Cavity), and Interior Lining. As mentioned before you will only be able to vary the Core and frame, so I need to preset the others for you. 

The BIM file can be imported into your catalogue at File / Catalogue / Import BIM and use the Transfer buttom to move them from the BIM file to your Catalogue. The ones in this BIM probably do not have the Interior Lining showing as this is not normally required by most builders and regulatory authorities (not in Australia anyway!) but I can turn them on if you wish (but you will not be able to turn them off if I do).

My version doesn't have a veneer wall

I need a wall with the stud 3 1/2"  airspace 1"  brick 4"

When I try to import your file it says that it was created by a newer version
and can not be opened
Im using pro 16 if there is a upgrade for it please let me know hoe to get it

Did you actually try to continue to open it? You will get that message (sorry I should have warned you    ) but it should still open. There is no later version. We can do it another more fiddly way, but, before we go down that path, just try it again and ignore the warnings - it should work (Click the Cancel Button not the X).

If you cannot get Allan's solution to work, there is a way to do this in TFPlan but it requires a bit of work. You cannot use existing wall setting to get what you want so...

You can create a new wall (Add New in Catalog) > Name it "False Brick Pattern Wall",  , setting it to 1/4" high (Top Bottom tab), then in the Trim tab, delete existing baseboards for both Left and Right sides. This will clean up 3D View.

Then go to Appearance tab and set 2D Core to a Steel Pattern.

Make sure to give this wall a new name and click OK to exit dialog. The new wall will be now added to your catalog.

Now you can select your exterior walls , one by one, with right click and select 'OFFSET'. Enter 5" which gives you Brick and Air Space.
Now select each offset wall and right click , select REPLACE and choose the new Brick Pattern wall you made.

You will have to 'join the corners'.

I have not tried this with offsetting walls that have existing windows / doors.

This will give you a look similar to yours when the Pattern option is chosen next to the Framing Mode Icon on the bottom toolbar.

Not the best, but doable.

If you still have problems with the earlier file, try this one.
I have tested it in in V16 and it works fine.
