window help

when I put a window in it shows shutters. I go to properties to try to fix but doesn't show the shutters. Any ideas.

Sounds odd!  Does this only happen with one particular window - if so which one? Any chance of an image so we can see exactly what you are getting?  Maybe you could do a screen print with the Properties box open too, so we can see the window in the model and the Properties at the same time.

Maybe the Window Type is set to Louvre and the Glass set to solid not transparent as in the image although this still shows solid in the preview.
One final thing - have you tried it with Hardware Acelleration off? I don't see why it should cause this but it does seem to cause lots of odd things on different PCs.

Thanks Allan for the reply. I just figured it out,I had made another building too show the back side of a island in the kitchen and when put in the windows it was showing the siding on the outside wall. Sorry just new to this.
